Impacted by Hurricane Helene

Jeffrey Rich, an invaluable member of the Spirit Wise team, has been greatly impacted by Hurricane Helene. 

 

He and his mountain-top household in Burnsville, NC  (that includes his partner Vic, mother Mollie, close friend Connie plus kitties Enzo and Riley)  were cut off from civilization as torrential rains downed trees and power lines, affected water supplies, and then washed away the road.

Several news reports have cited that many areas, like Jeffrey's neighborhood, are now only accessible by air. 

​

Last count, Jeffrey and family were assessing their supplies and the weather - plus considering hiking down the mountain to seek assistance, with whatever they could carry since no car travel is possible.

​​
